North Dakota - 2313 - 2017

To create and enact a new subdivision to subsection 1 of section 49-22-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to application requirements for certificates of site and corridor compatibility for energy conversion facilities; and to amend and reenact sections 17-04-03, 49-02-27, and 49-22-05.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the creation and duration of wind energy easements, the decommissioning of commercial wind energy conversion facilities, and exclusion areas for wind energy conversion facilities.
