Relating to energy; requiring the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada to investigate and establish a requirement for certain electric utilities to procure energy storage systems if certain criteria are satisfied; requiring energy storage systems procured by an electric utility to satisfy such requirements to meet certain criteria; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
