Relating to state environmental agencies; amending 27A O.S. 2011, Section 1-3-101, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 110, O.S.L. 2012 (27A O.S. Supp. 2016, Section 1-3-101), which relates to jurisdictional areas of environmental responsibilities; authorizing Corporation Commission and Department of Environmental Quality to obtain certain authorization to administer certain programs; modifying jurisdictional authority of certain water discharge; and providing an effective date.
