Nevada - SB407 - 2015

Relating to energy; requiring the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada to adopt regulations relating to the implementation of an energy efficiency resource plan by an electric utility; requiring the Commission, based on the recommendations of the Office of Energy, to adopt regulations relating to the implementation of such a plan by a provider of electric service; requiring the Office of Energy to develop and provide to the Commission certain recommendations relating to the implementation of an energy efficiency resource plan by a provider of electric service; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
