Public utilities; electric utilities; electric utility's integrated resource plan and customer choice provisions; modify. Amends title & secs. 6a, 6j, 6s, 10, 10a, 10f, 10p, 10r & 10t of 1939 PA 3 (MCL 460.6a et seq.); adds sec. 6t & repeals sec. 6e of 1939 PA 3 (MCL 460.6e).
