Tennessee - SB1894 - 2018

As enacted, authorizes certain municipalities to fund chambers of commerce and economic and community organizations with revenue from a natural gas utility system owned by the municipality; prohibits rate increase to cover contributions targeted for economic development efforts. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 34.
